This is a unique and rare white wine made mainly of Grenache Blanc grapes with a small complement of Roussanne. The grapes were harvested from a vineyard located in the upper Galilee and fermented in new French oak for 5 months. The wine should be decanted and enjoyed at a slightly cool temperature. Stored properly, this wine will continue to develop over the next 4-6 years.
