This aromatic Yarden Pinot Noir shows off a complex range of characters, with delicate violet floral and fresh red fruit notes layered with a backdrop of warm spice, rich oak and forest floor. This Yarden Pinot Noir can be enjoyed when young, yet will improve over the first few years and remain in good drinking condition for five to eight years following the vintage. We enjoy Yarden Pinot with many different foods and have particularly liked it with smoked trout, pan-roasted duck breast or browned squab braised in chicken stock, Pinot Noir and wild mushrooms.
