La Vie Rouge du Castel is a balanced fruity blend of the strains grown in the Judean Hills vineyards – Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Syrah. Following fermentation, the wine is set to mature for about a year in custom concrete tanks, which help preserve its fresh fruity aroma during the cropping season. The wine is at its peak during the first three years following the harvest, and is best served chilled.
