It is the great efforts we invested, and our love of wine, production and people, which brought to you this masterpiece.  We picked the grapes at dawn and we sorted them by hand to optimize the quality of the grapes used.We used a cold fermentation process in low temperatures to get the best of the color, aromas and taste. The wine is rich with aromas of red and dark ripe fruits with hints of herbs and fine French oak. The wine is a full bodied wine, very powerful, aged 36 months in French oak. It has a long and very impressive everlasting finish. 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 17% Syrah
