WADI MILEK · CARIGNANSINGLE VINEYARDS Carignan was harvested from mature vines in the Vadi Milk vineyard in the Zichron Ya'akov area. The vineyard was planted in 1976, at a height of only 30 meters above sea level. Carignan thrives in spartan conditions, and in Wadi there are unique growing conditions that allow it to reach the peak of its potential. The ripeness of the vineyards gives the wine an impressive aging capacity and thick, rich, balanced and ripe flavors. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and then matured in barrels for about a year and a half.
