This estate grown Zinfandel was planted in 1974 resulting a smaller crop and intense concentrated flavors. A deep ruby opening with notes of dark ripe blackberry and cranberry reduction. Hints of star anise and hazelnut liqueur. Rustic layers of clove and oak in the finish. The full bodied structure of this wine will allow for cellaring for 10-15 years
