100% Cabernet Sauvignon

All of our grapes are hand-picked at night to keep the fruit chilled, then gently hand- sorted, fermented, barrel-aged and bottled all in accordance with the strictest Kosher standards. Intense dark red color, boasting aromas of black fruit, spices, praline, and dark cocoa.

On the palate the wine greets you with rich, silky tannins, leading to a generously complex midpalate of juicy black cherries, ripe strawberries, plum, cassis, vanilla bean and chocolate, culminating in a lovely persevering finish. Delicious now with time in a decanter, 1-2 hours recommended or will cellar graciously 25+ years.
