Odem Forest Red - A superb blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo, Syrah. The grapes that are used for this wine grow at the vineyard in the northern Golan Heights. Moderate temperature, plenty of Israeli summer sunlight, unique microclimate for this area, allows the grapes to ripen beautifully. This wine is not mevushal.
Gilad Midba Cabernet Sauvignon- These Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were grown in the high altitude vineyards of the Judean Mountains, they were grown with fanatic dedication in all stages of growth and were carefully selected in a selected by hand. The wine was aged for a year in French oak barrels.
